DESCRIPTION:Applications close on July 14\, 2025Applications are evaluated
  by the organisers asap afterwards.Financial support will be awarded to a 
 limited number of participants (master and doctoral students) on a per-app
 lication basis. Support can include fee waiving\, accommodation and travel
  support. Participants who wish to apply must be the contact author and t
 he presenting author of their contribution\, and they must submit an abstr
 act before applying. The LOC will\, in due time\, decide upon which applic
 ations will be funded\, and on what level of support to be provided. All a
 pplicants will be informed of the decision thereafter. Important note! Ap
 plicants should only submit an abstract and NOT register for ESWW25 until 
 they have received notification of acceptance from the committee via email
  - paid registration fees will not be reimbursed.  The deadline to submi
 t an application for financial support is July 14\, 2025 23:59 CEST throug
 h the Register button below. Note that late applications will not be consi
 dered. All times are in CEST. The application should contain the followin
 g (please bundle all documents into one single PDF file):a CVthe abstract 
 submitted to ESWW 2025a proof of registration at the university (correspon
 ding to the Career Stage declared)\, or PhD diplomaa letter of motivationa
