Conference dinner
We are trying to organize a joint conference dinner for all interested persons at the evening of the first workshop day (Wednesday 3.6.2026).
This dinner would be free of charge, as is the registration to the workshop.
Please indicate your availability in the registration form, which is needed for further planning. If under any circumstances the dinner organization will not work out, there will be another social activity offered on the same evening.
Display area
Within the main venue and in the close vicinity of the lecture hall, a dedicated area will display detailed technical content about the project activities all along the three days of the event. This will allow attendees to discover more about the project during coffee breaks and lunchtime. In particular, posters will present each of EQUIP-G use case in details.
Questionnaires & whiteboard
There will be multiple questionnaires offered during the workshop.
We are highly interested in getting your feedback on different aspects and topics. This is key to make the workshop and the community work a success and provides everyone the possibility to interact and engage with the EQUIP-G project and the future shaping of the gravimetric community in Europe.
Information on these questionnaires will be released and distributed at the latest at the start of the workshop.
Besides feedback in the structured questionnaires, we will provide the opportunity to leave “free-text” feedback, comments, thoughts, proposals, etc. on a digital as well as analog whiteboard. Further information and access will be added once available, latest at the start of the workshop.
Topical tours
We offer tours on different topics at specific time slots. There are meant to get into a deeper discussion on selected topics.

It is necessary to sign up for a tour in order for us to schedule persons and logistics.
