The SWIC will take place at the Space Pole. It is located in the south of Brussels. To get to the Space Pole https://www.astro.oma.be/en/information/getting-to-the-observatory/ Address Av. Circulaire 3, 1180 Brussels, Belgium https://goo.gl/maps/gQEJnDWrNoyx8T7G7 Room  In the meeting room of the Directors House at the Royal Observatory of Belgium, indicated with the yellow arrow in the picture below. The entrance is the door at the end of the yellow arrow. If you come by car, you can park on the available spots in front of the entrance. You don't need to sign in to enter the site.
