Getting there
The workshop will be held at the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium. The institute is located a ten to fifteen-minute walk from Sint-Job train station. This station can be reached via a forty-minute direct train from Brussels International Airport (Brussels Airport Zaventem; airport code BRU).

Visa information
Attendees in need of an invitation letter for their travel visa to Belgium can request a letter via e-mail (amigo.workshop.2023@gmail.com).
Registration fee
The registration fee amounts to EUR 100 (including lunches, coffee/tea breaks and a reception).
