To submit, you create an Indico account on your first visit. For this, click on 'create one here' below the log-in boxes.
If you have an Indico account, you can login with this one regardless if this account was created for the ESWW2025 or not. Once logged-in, you can submit an abstract.
Call for submission of abstracts to sessions
Open: April 9 2025.
Close: May 15 2025 23:59 CEST. Past May 15, all submissions will be considered for poster presentations only. The late poster abstract submission will close in September 5 2025.
An overview of the sessions is provided in the left menu.
Click on "Call for Abstracts" in the left menu to submit an abstract. Your submissions will be listed under 'My Abstracts'. You can update your abstracts until the submission deadline.
Please note, P1 and P2 will focus on a panel discussion. Conveners can solicit two scene-setting talks and 3-4 panelists. Unsolicited abstracts will be considered by conveners for the two scene-setting talks or as panelists. All other abstracts will be designated as poster.
Note also that all conveners should have received a notification about their proposed session from the NOC. If you did not received an email, please look into your spams. All emails have been sent between 1 Apr and 4 Apr 2025.
