European Space Weather Week 2025
Call for posters
Past May 22, all submissions will be considered for poster presentations only. The late poster abstract submission will close in September 5 2025.
An overview of the sessions is provided in the left menu.
Click on "Call for Posters" in the left menu or on 'Submit new abstract' below, to submit a poster abstract. Your submissions will be listed under 'My Abstracts'. You can update your abstracts until the submission deadline.
Please note, P1 and P2 will focus on a panel discussion. Conveners can solicit two scene-setting talks and 3-4 panelists. Unsolicited abstracts will be considered by conveners for the two scene-setting talks or as panelists. All other abstracts will be designated as poster.

If you have an Indico account, you can login with this one regardless if this account was created for the ESWW2025 or not.
Once logged-in, you can submit a poster.
