Talks
You are requested to prepare your talk as .pdf or anything that PowerPoint can load (like .ppt and .odp), to put it on a memory stick (there is no need to bring one), and to upload it on the laptop available in the Meridian Room before the start of the session your talk is scheduled in. The use of own computers for the presentations is strongly discouraged!
Posters
You are requested to prepare your poster in portrait orientation with a maximum width of 75cm and a maximum height of 120cm.
