Oral
Oral talks are mainly meant as a starting point for discussion. Your timeslot is therefore limited to 15'-20'. But we warmly recommend you to include plenty backup slides to fuel the discussions :)
Poster
Posters will be on display during the entire workshop close to Salle B, in the area where we'll have our coffee breaks.
There will be 10 double-sided, portrait-oriented poster boards. Install your poster anywhere on one of these 20 slots. Board dimensions are 140 cm (tall) x 115 cm (wide), so these should easily fit A0 paper format (portrait). We will provide drawing pins to attach your poster to the board.
