Attendance is free of charge. Lunch and coffee breaks are offered by the organizer. Travel and subsistence will be reimbursed up to a maximum amount of 400€ for people traveling from inside the EU and 800€ for people traveling from outside the EU, upon request AND upon proof of expenses.
