The general registration for the meeting is for free. However, it is mandatory to register to get admission to the site and have an overview of the catering requirements to minimize food waste, take into account special food requirements and food allergies.
Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided at the meeting. If you do not stay for all three days then please indicate this in the registration form.
Social event on Monday May 15, 2023:
We have planned for informal social events for the evening. For now you can choose either option (1) city walk with Mahesh looking at some street art and monuments in the center of Brussels or option (2) a private group visit to an art exhibit focusing on environmental themes where artists displays their work done in collaboration with scientists. For more details see page on social event. Please select one of the options if you plan to join. Note that option 2 will only be provided if there are at least 25 registrations. You need to pay about 10 Euro for Option 2 at the art center while option 1 will be for free.
Social event on Tuesday May 16, 2023:
We will organize a conference dinner on 16 May at the Universitaire Stichting - Zaal Félicien Cattier (https://www.fondationuniversitaire.be/nl/content/zaal-felicien-cattier). A three-course menu will be served at the table, As drinks a welcome glass (sparkling wine or fruit juice), red and white house wine, as well as water and coffee or tea with chocolates at the end will be offered.
If you do not wish to join the conference dinner then please exclude the cost by canceling the drop down menu option in the registration form.
If you are bringing an additional person for the conference dinner then please add this information by using the drop down menu option while completing the registration form.
Registration deadline: 14 April 2023.
Warning: Cancellation of dinner registration will be accepted till 17 April 2023, after that we have to pay the full cost and so the money cannot be refunded.
