The organisers will support travel and subsistence costs of a restricted number (max 12) of PhD or Master students as well as early career researchers. If you are interested to attend, please send an email to roadmap@aeronomie.be with a short text describing your interest in the workshop.
Conditions:
- Master and PhD students need to send a justification of their enrollment into a University program and the name and contact details of their promotor.
- Early career researchers need to send proof that they obtained their last degree (Msc or PhD) a maximum of 5 year ago.
- Register before 5 September 2023.
- After the workshop, beneficiaries shall provide evidence of their travel and of their stay in a paying accommodation in or around Brussels to attend the workshop.
Financial support will be limited to a grant total of 1000€ per bursary, divided as follows:
- Lodging at a flat rate of 150€/day, for max. 3 consecutive days = max. 450€/bursary.
- Travel costs on economy basis, for a direct and cost-efficient route, for a maximum of 550€/bursary.
