The meeting will take place at the Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel in Spa (Address: Avenue Léopold II, 40, 4900 Spa). You can visit the hotel website for more details and pictures. 

We have blocked 80 rooms at the hotel for the meeting guests until 28 February, after which only 20 rooms will remain blocked until 1 April. So please make your reservations before 28 February to guarantee a room at the hotel for the duration of your visit to the annual meeting. Last date for the cancellation of the hotel room is 1 April in case you cannot join the meeting. After this date you need to pay the full amount.


After this long period without in-person meetings, we kindly encourage participants to stay at the Radisson Blu Balmoral hotel. It will allow to spend great after-work hours with your colleagues (walks in the neighborhood; snooker and bar at the hotel up to 9:30 pm or later depending on the activity at the bar, as well as swimming-pool and sauna up to 10 pm).


We have negotiated a fixed room rate of 100,00 € per night for single occupancy. Double occupancy is possible and the price for a standard room in double occupancy is 130 € (breakfast included), they have 20 rooms with twin beds or other rooms with double beds, please specify if you need a twin bed at the time of making the reservation.


The room rate is in EUR per night, includes VAT, applicable charges and the following amenities:
* A full super breakfast buffet is included in the room rate
* Free Wi-fi
* Outside free of charge parking

The Tax & handling is EUR 3,00 per person per night and is not included in the mentioned room rate.


In addition we have negotiated with the hotel for after-work activities and you have the possibility to include unlimited access to the Balmoral Wellness Center with swimming pool, sauna, hammam & fitness center for the whole week at a nominal fee of 15 € (for guests staying at the conference hotel) or 30 € (for other conference participants no staying at the Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel) for the whole week. If you wish to take this option then please ask the hotel for including this in your reservation.
