Registration fee covers the costs for morning and afternoon coffee breaks and buffet lunch for the whole week.
If you do not wish to join the conference dinner then please exclude the cost by canceling the drop down menu option in the registration form.
If you are bringing an additional person for the conference dinner then please add this information by using the drop down menu option while completing the registration form.
Registration deadline for physical participation at the meeting: 5 May 2023.
Warning: Cancellation of registration will be accepted till 10 May 2023, after that we have to pay the full cost to the hotel and so the money cannot be refunded.
Virtual participation:
Due to the high demand to participate virtually to the annual meeting, we opened the registration page again to allow to register only for the virtual participation. The registration fee for the virtual participation is set to 50 Euro. Once registered you will receive an automated confirmation email. Closer to the meeting date you will receive the link and instructions on how to join the meeting.
