Belgium is part of the Schengen Area which offers visa free travel for many countries. However, please consult the visa requirements on the website of the Federal Public Service home affairs (https://dofi.ibz.be/en/) and the processing time of a visa application. Further information can also be found on https://diplomatie.belgium.be/en/travel-belgium/visa-belgium.
If you need a visa then please contact the network chairs where you are mostly involved or the sessions that you would like to attend at the annual meeting. The chairs will provide you an invitation letter. In such cases please provide a draft letter if possible with your information and other details that are needed for the invitation letter.

Note that in case of a Schengen visa your port of entry in Europe should be in the country where you are applying for the visa. So please book your tickets accordingly.
